Cabinet Carl is operated by Simply Rentals LLC. These terms apply to purchases and use of cabinetcarl.com.

PRODUCTS & ORDERS
We sell shirts, hoodies, hats, and socks. Please review product descriptions, size information, quantities, and shipping details before ordering. Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

Our merchandise is currently offered by preorder. Orders are expected to ship within 1–2 weeks after order confirmation. Carrier delivery time is additional. We ship within the United States only.

PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on the store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

We may correct pricing or product errors. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you before proceeding with a change. If we cancel an order, we will refund the amount paid.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final, subject to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. We do not accept routine returns, size exchanges, or change-of-mind cancellations.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly to cabinetcarlmerch@gmail.com.

If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund. These terms do not limit any rights required by applicable law.

ORDER INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

STORE CONTENT
Our original logos, designs, photos, and written content are owned by or licensed to Simply Rentals LLC. Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use that content.

PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared.

CHANGES
We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or alter the agreed terms of an existing order without your agreement.
